The other day I visited Paradox 17. A series of lectures titled “dialogue on economy and society” hosted by a local agency and agora42 the philosophische Wirtschaftsmagazin.
Mr Nassehi spoke quite eloquently about the paradox in the decision-making process of public agencies which are a priori uneligible to take decisions. That might be the cause.

The cacophony of amendments is a symptom.
